The retail complex boasts an expansive Gross Leasable Area of 140,000 m2 across three levels, showcasing a diverse offering of 350 retail units, a hypermarket, a snow park, a children's entertainment zone, as well as a food court and multiple restaurants. 

Shapoorji Pallonji undertook the comprehensive project, overseeing structural finishes and MEP works for the entire mall and its associated infrastructure. The meticulous design and construction were geared towards achieving compliance with sustainability guidelines, with the ultimate goal of obtaining LEED GOLD certification.
