Our Reformer classes are capped at 8 students per class. We offer over 30 classes per week, starting as early as 6 a.m. and finishing as late as 8 p.m. Our community is inclusive, kind, and open-hearted, and our teachers are experienced. We pride ourselves on practising safely, offering progression and regressions as well as modification to improve your overall well-being. We offer a variety of class passes and memberships to cater to all lifestyles.
