In this role, you’ll shoot interior and exterior photos of apartments, residential buildings, and various amenities. You will be added to our list of go-to photographers for your location. There may also be opportunities to shoot lifestyle images in similar locations.About the Team:Our team is responsible for creating beautiful imagery to enhance our real estate listings throughout the United States and beyond.What You’ll Do:Shoot and upload 15-20 interior and exterior photos of apartments, buildings, and amenities according to our specifications and guidelinesStyle / tidy homes if needed (sample photos will be provided). We have a team working to make the home camera ready but there may be a few adjustments neededUse your skills for basic retouching and color balance as neededUse Dropbox and similar applications to upload photos in a timely mannerWhat You Need:Link to a portfolio or website that highlights your work1 year experience shooting similar jobs i.e. real estate or interior design/architecture 10-15 samples of your interior real estate photography if not already included in your portfolioWillingness to work occasional weekend shoots (shoots only range from 1-2 hours depending on apartment size)Expertise with interchangeable lens cameras (DSLR or mirrorless) and peripheral equipment. Photographer will provide: Full Frame sensor camera with lens equivalents: 16-35mm, and a 50mm lens; or Cropped sensor cameras with 12-24mm, 35mm lens equivalents; tripodProficiency with basic retouching and color correctionFamiliarity with Dropbox and ability to process RAW files and upload JPEG filesBenefits & Perks: Landing aims to create a workplace that fosters both personal and professional growth.
