The better we are able to communicate on a mass scale, the more our species functions as a single organism, with a tower of collective knowledge of mankind in the form of a brain, and each individual human brain - in the form of a nerve or muscle fiber in the body. With the era of mass communication began to grow a collective human body - the Colossus of Man.
